About Us

Sarah Kingham (Templeton): As well as her degree in physiotherapy, Sarah has an undergraduate degree in sports science and loves working with complex injuries. Her strengths lie in sports rehabilitation, and treating those ongoing injuries and pains. Sarah has also completed a course in post natal and pregnancy pilates and has an interest in injuries specific to this population as well.

Bridie O'Donnell joined HHPN in 2014 and has a background in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy.  Bridie has worked with Rugby teams at NPC third division and Senior Premier level, and has additional qualifications in Dry Needling and Pilates, as well as a degree in Physical Education majoring in Exercise Prescription.
Bridie loves a challenge and the problem solving nature of restoring clients back to full function.  She is a strong believer that hands on therapy in conjunction with Pilates not only speeds recovery but helps maintain a painfree lifestyle.

 Maeve qualified from University College Dublin with a BSc Honours Degree in Physiotherapy. As part of her degree, Maeve acquired experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions such as sports injuries, whiplash, repetitive strain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, post operative rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, neurological disorders and chronic pain.
Since qualifying Maeve has gained extensive experience in the private practice setting and with sports teams. She herself has been involved in sport from a young age and is passionate about keeping fit and active. 
Maeve is fully committed to providing the most advanced and up to date patient centred care for her clients. She uses a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, deep tissue massage, pilates and exercise prescription to treat a wide variety of complaints. Her aim is not only to treat and relieve pain but to also prevent reoccurrence. She is passionate about rehabilitation and enabling her clients to return to their full ability. 
Maeve is a qualified STOTT pilates instructor and teaches weekly classes in the clinic.

Lyres Freeth is our resident qualified dietitian. Lyres completed a Health Science degree at the University of Auckland and went on to do a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics. For her Masters thesis, she performed an audit of nutrition in stroke patients at Auckland City Hospital. Lyres is passionate about helping people with weight loss, diabetes, heart health, bowel health, emotional eating and maternal nutrition.
